Hiking Strap Adjuster

Here's a picture of my hiking strap line. This system is adjustable. In the picture, it's max-tight. When sailing, I can grab the small bowline (at the back of the strap) and pull it to the back of the cockpit to loosen the strap. Pull it away from the back of the cockpit and it tightens.
